I understand that life can be unpredictable, and plans or finances may change. However, as a courtesy to myself and clients seeking availability, I kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of your booked service. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation
When making an appointment, you will receive a text confirmation. I do not use an online booking tool, as each client's service varies in time. To accommodate your needs, appointments are booked directly through me via text, phone, or email. Please reach out during business hours, and allow me a few hours to respond between clients. I will always get back to you by the end of the business day. For messages received outside of business hours, you will receive a response on the next business day
If for any reason the final result of your service doesn't match what was discussed in the salon, rest assured that my service is guaranteed. I understand everyone has their own preferences, and I won’t take it personally if a correction is needed based on our initial consultation. My goal is for you to leave fully satisfied. I will happily accommodate any corrective requests as long as I'm contacted within a week of your original appointment.
